Milk thistle seeds contain the highest levels of silymarin — a family of compounds that supports the liver.15 Research shows that silymarin promotes liver cell regeneration, reduces blood cholesterol, and helps stop the progression of cancer.16
- Turmeric Root: Turmeric contains curcuminoids, which give it its yellow color.
