Shipping

When do orders ship?
Orders placed by 2:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday, ship within 24 hours during normal volume periods.

Free shipping
Orders over $125 ship free within the contiguous United States.

Where we ship
We ship to the United States, US Territories, US Military Addresses, and Canada. Free shipping applies to the contiguous US only. For Australia, New Zealand, the UK and Europe, see our international distributors.

Canadian orders
Canadian orders ship via USPS. Shipping is calculated in your cart based on the products ordered. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Subscriptions

Subscribe & Save
Save 10% on single products and 5% on bundles with a subscription. Choose your delivery frequency at checkout. You are billed at the start of each cycle at your subscription price.

BE Rewards

Joining
Free to join. Click the rewards button on any page to create your account. Earn 250 points just for registering, then 5 points for every $1.00 you spend.

Redeeming points
Open the rewards widget, convert your points into a coupon code, and paste that code at checkout.

Points and sales
Points cannot be redeemed during a sale, and coupons cannot be combined with other coupons or used on already discounted bundles. You still earn points on every purchase, and unused points stay in your account for a future order.

If there is no coupon field at checkout, a discount has already been applied to your order. Your code stays in your account for next time.

Returns

Return window
Returns are accepted within 60 calendar days of the invoice date.

  • Unopened, non-defective items: 100% refund
  • Opened products: 50% refund
  • Shipping charges are not refunded

Sending a return
Write your order number on the outside of the box, or include it inside the package. We need this number to identify your return and issue your refund.
