How do I access my account information?

How do I sign up for reward points?
It’s easy! Simply click on the rewards button on the bottom right of the site to create your account and start earning points today! Earn 50 points just for registering and 10 points for every $1.00 you spend in our store.
How do I convert my points to coupons?
Earn 10 points automatically for every $1.00 you spend on any purchase in our store
- Make sure you’re signed up and logged in when making your purchase.
- Click on the small purple box in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.
- Once that box opens, click on the white arrow in the upper left of the box to access your points, and convert into a coupon code.
- You will then copy, and paste that coupon into the coupon box at the checkout.
- Please note if you do not see a box to paste your code into, you most likely have something else already on sale, or a coupon has already been applied. If that is the case, your coupon code will remain in your account until you are able to use it on a future order.
What is the policy for redeeming coupons during a sale?
During a sale, a coupon is valid for one-time use only and cannot be combined with any other coupons. Each sale coupon is not valid to use with points or already discounted bundles.
How do I redeem my reward points?
Points can be applied to any purchase, except during a sale, but you’ll still earn points with each purchase.
What is our free shipping policy?
Earn free shipping with orders over $75
What is our return policy?
To return product to Body Ecology, please include the associated order number with your return by writing it on the outside of the box and/or including it within the package. We will need this number to identify your return and issue your refund.
Body Ecology will not issue credit for any merchandise beyond 60 calendar days from the time of invoice. Non-defective, unopened items may be returned for 100% refund. Opened product may be returned for a 50% refund.
Shipping charges will not be refunded.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscription orders can be canceled at any time through the My Account section of the site. You may also contact us either via phone 800-511-2660 (Monday – Friday, 9am to 5pm PST) or via online chat located here.
