1 cup of quinoa, soaked overnight and drained
8 cups of water
¼ tsp sea salt
3 Tbs of Body Ecology's No-Calorie All-Natural Lakanto Sweetener

1 tsp of vanilla extract (alcohol free)
- In saucepan simmer quinoa, water and sea salt.
- Cook over low heat 25 minutes
- Blend quinoa-water mixture with Lakanto, stevia, and vanilla in blender for 1 minute. Pour thru fine mesh strainer. Refrigerate and serve cool.
