The BED Guide to Growing Younger gives great tips for looking and feeling younger through great nutrition. I am not a baby boomer but I appreciate learning these key steps in my thirties. It makes a diference in how I take care of myself to make a better me.
Bought this book after I ready the Baby Boomers Diet book. Explains the diet or way of eating even further and talks about product I didn't know even existed. I will recommend this book.
