This product is efficient, but not too strong, which I find wonderful. It does not produce any "healing crises". It keeps the elimination going while cleansing. If you have any problems with your bowel movements, I recommend this. Let's face it, if you eat sugar of any amounts, alcohol, or any processed foods for that matter, you may want to consider this product.

This stuff is fantastic! Had a colonic yesterday after taking 6 LivAmends a day for about two weeks and sticking strictly to the B.E.D. for a full week. Spent the entire 45 minutes flushing out what the congested liver had emptied into the intestines. The practitioner said the thick deposit of mucus in the intestine was peeling off. That's good news! Note that I've had lots and lots of colonics over the past year and even had one 3 weeks ago, but never anything like this.

If frequent constipation is a problem, I found the answer in LivAmend. Not only has it helped to heal and rehabilitate my liver, but it stimulates elimination in a positive way that does not damage the system like laxatives and other products can tend to do.
