I have struggled with poor digestion for several years. This often presented itself by way of pressure in my lower throat. I have taken all of the enzyme formulas offered by Body Ecology and have benefitted greatly. No more pressure in my throat; no more feeling bloated. I particularly like the Assist-Dairy & Protein formula because it includes HCL (betaine). I have heard Donna Gates say that she has noticed that people with Blood Type A, in particular, tend to have deficient levels of stomach acid and benefit from supplementation. I am blood type A and I have benefitted so my experience further supports her belief.

I'm not sure how I ever got along without these enzymes before. I didn't realize how much trouble my digestive system was in, until I started using these. They make so much difference, I take some with me whenever I eat a meal away from home. I tried a couple of other (less expensive) brands of enzymes before I started using these, but these are much more effective.

The assist dairy and protein is easily assimilated, and i've been taking these for about 1.5 years now. I have difficulty taking pills and even with other enzymes, I get stomach upsets, but these products are easy to take. I love them. My daughter takes them also.

Overall I can't say I noticed a difference taking it. I suffer with a lot of bloating and I thought this might help. I'm sure it has nothing to do with the product but maybe instead that the insufficient digestion of dairy/protein is not my problem.
