Since I went on the BED in a much bigger way I decided to try her enzymes and I have found them to be really quite good. I have been taking enzymes, high quality expensive ones, for years now and can't say I really notice a difference, but with Assist I have noticed an improvement in my digestion. Thanks!

I really want to try this product, but I have gastritis as well as GERD and IBS. With gastritis your stomach lining burns all the time. Can not eat anything acidic. I am afraid HCI will burn like the dickens, and I will have wasted my money. Anyone have gastritis tried this product??

The Assist products are all useful. I feel that they have helped me turn a corner in my digestion repair process. But where it comes to dairy and protein, I needed a bit more help. The Assist Dairy and Protein seems to help me not have so much after-nitrogen from protein processing and I have not had as much reaction from dairy (and also from gluten) when I've used this product in conjunction with some other stuff.

Along with cocobiotic and Assist SI my digestion seems to be improving, but I do find that only 1 pill isn't enough so it does get costly if you take 2-3 pills with every meal. I do not eat dairy, so just using this to help with protein digestion.

I take all Body Ecology enzyme products. For awhile, I did not take the dairy and protein one. Through muscle testing, My chiropractor discovered I need an HCL supplement. I tried the one he recommended and got a burning sensation. When I take the dairy and protein enzyme, I don't have that problem. I'm still working on how many capsules are right for me, though.

I have struggled with poor digestion for several years. This often presented itself by way of pressure in my lower throat. I have taken all of the enzyme formulas offered by Body Ecology and have benefitted greatly. No more pressure in my throat; no more feeling bloated. I particularly like the Assist-Dairy & Protein formula because it includes HCL (betaine). I have heard Donna Gates say that she has noticed that people with Blood Type A, in particular, tend to have deficient levels of stomach acid and benefit from supplementation. I am blood type A and I have benefitted so my experience further supports her belief.

I'm not sure how I ever got along without these enzymes before. I didn't realize how much trouble my digestive system was in, until I started using these. They make so much difference, I take some with me whenever I eat a meal away from home.
