I have been having insomnia for a few years now. The medical doctors wanted to put me on medications; but I've refused. I have tried many natural products that have not given any success. I would recommend these minerals with caution that you might be a little sore IF you are full of heavy metals, as I am. I called the Dr. about a week after beginning them complaining of yeast infection discomfort (I haven't had one in years) and the Dr. said that the minerals couldn't give me that.. I am sore because the minerals are naturally detoxifying me! So I reduced the dosage but kept right on taking them.
