I really enjoy the taste on salads and eggs. It has a smooth taste. My family enjoys pita breads cut in quarters and coated with a little olive oil and sprinkled with this salt. Bake at 350F for 5-6 minutes. This has become a favorite snack. It is good to know that this salt is providing essential minerals for us.

I enjoy this salt's flavor on tomatoes especially because it is so smooth. It doesn't have the sharper taste of regular salt until it dissolves. I will definitely keep it on my table.
