It’s that time of year again...flu season.
If you listen to the media, it’s no wonder you fear the dreaded coughs, sneezes, runny noises and body aches. And this flu season, the scare is even worse with news about the H1N1 swine flu.
But before you head out to get your flu shot, be aware of what you are really injecting into your body.
The flu vaccine contains mercury (through Thimerosal), which is aseriously health-compromising heavy metal. A multi-dose flu shot has 250 times more mercury than the amount needed to classify as hazardous waste![i]
Too much mercury in the human body can lead to:

Additionally, flu vaccines contain antibiotics. These are added to the vaccines to remove any stray bacteria in the mixture, but they end up removing beneficial bacteria as well. These good bacteria are needed for overall health. Antibiotics can weaken the immune system, causing Candida overgrowth.
