Curried Quinoa Recipe


  • 1 - 2 Tbsp. organic, unrefined coconut oil or ghee
  • 1 Tbsp. curry powder
  • 1 tsp. sea salt or Herbamare
  • 2 cups cooked quinoa
  • 2 medium onions, diced
  • 2 cups cooked vegetables (peas, corn, potatoes, red bell pepper, cabbage, yellow squash, etc.)
  1. Melt ghee or heat oil in wok or skillet.
  2. Add curry powder and sea salt.
  3. Sauté onion for several minutes until translucent.
  4. Add other cooked vegetables. Sauté several minutes.
  5. Add quinoa and adjust seasonings.
