Rosemary Vinaigrette Dressing Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup raw, organic apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 cup water
- 4 Tbsp. mustard
- 1 tsp. freshly ground pepper
- 1 tsp. rosemary
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1 tsp. xanthan gum (thickener)
Blend first 7 ingredients, then xanthan gum; blend or shake
well. Refrigerate overnight. This dressing is great on potato
salad.
