  • 1 clove fresh garlic
  • 1 handful fresh, chopped cilantro
  • 2 T fresh chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp pumpkin seed oil
  • 1 ½ cups soaked (and strained) raw pumpkin seeds
  • Celtic Sea Salt to taste
  • Dash of cayenne pepper
  • Splash of extra virgin olive oil
  1. Blend all ingredients in your Vita-Mix or high-speed blender.
  2. Chill and serve as a sip or spread.
