Fertility Recipe
Salmon caviar is full of omega 3 fatty acids, which support neurodevelopment, visual acuity, and cognitive function.
- 4 ounces quinoa:
Quinoa is an alkaline Body Ecology grain and has the highest protein content of all other grains. It is also an excellent source of calcium. Quinoa is warming and energizing. Warming foods are especially important for fertility. - 1 raw egg yolk:
Egg yolk is rich in choline, a nutrient that has a lifelong effect on both memory and attention. In Chinese medicine, eggs have been reported to be protective against miscarriage and can calm a restless fetus. - 3 ounces natto:
Natto is fermented soybean and a good source of fat soluble vitamin K2, otherwise found in raw cheese. K2 is important for proper bone, teeth, and jaw development. Natto is also a source for nattokinase, an enzyme that is protective against blood clots. Even though natto is made from soy, it has far more benefits than store-bought tofu or soy milk, which should be avoided due to extreme processing methods. - 1 ounce salmon caviar:
Salmon caviar has a generous amount of omega 3 EPA and DHA fatty acids, which are extremely important for neurodevelopment, especially visual acuity and cognitive function.
Place the egg yolk, natto, and caviar on top of a warm bed of freshly made quinoa. Since this is not a perfect Stage 1 food combination, eat with a cup of fermented vegetables and take extra enzymes to assist with digestion. This recipe is good for enhancing fertility in both men and women!
