Contest Rules

1. ELIGIBILITY:
   NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
   This Contest is open only to legal residents of the United States and Canada (void where prohibited) who are 18 years of age or older.
   Different rules and regulations associated with games of chance in other countries make it difficult to administer Contest
   outside the United States or Canada.
   We certainly understand that our readers are not limited by national boundaries and we regret not being able to allow everyone to participate
   in our giveaways.
   All employees of Body Ecology, Inc., their dependents, and immediate household members are ineligible to participate in the Contest.
   Entry in the Contest constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules.
2. CONTEST PERIOD:
   The Contest entry period begins on June 14, 2011 and ends on July 27, 2011.
   Winners will be selected from entries properly submitted and timely received during the Contest Period.
3. ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS:
   To enter, each entrant must complete the online entry form on this site or on
   Body Ecology’s Facebook page.
   All fields on the online entry form must be filled out completely to be entered to win.
   Incomplete entry forms are void.
   Entrants may submit one entry each week, but only one entry at any time during the Contest Period is required.
   Entries submitted using bot or automated technology are ineligible and may be deleted.
   Body Ecology, Inc. and Donna Gates assume no responsibility for lost, late, or misdirected entries or for any computer, online, telephone,
   or human error or technical malfunctions that may occur.
   All entries become the property of Body Ecology, Inc. and will not be acknowledged or returned.
4. PUBLICITY:
   As a condition of entry into the Contest, except where prohibited by law, each entrant and each winner by accepting a prize grants to
   Body Ecology, Inc. and its affiliates, legal representatives, assigns and licensees, all right, title, and interest in to publicize, broadcast,
   display, and/or otherwise use the Contest entrant’s name, city, state, photo, and biographical material (collectively, “Licensed Rights”)
   in any media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity for advertising and publicity purposes, without additional
   review, compensation, permission, or approval of the winner.
5. SELECTION OF CONTEST WINNERS/ODDS:
   The winners will be selected in a random drawing each week during the Contest Period and posted to the Winners page.
   • Week 1 winner will be selected on June 22, 2011.
   • Week 2 winners will be selected on June 29, 2011.
   • Week 3 winners will be selected on July 6, 2011.
   • Week 4 winners will be selected on July 13, 2011.
   • Week 5 winners will be selected on July 20, 2011.
   • Week 6 winners will be selected on July 27, 2011.

   Winners will be selected from entries received during the Contest Period.
   Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
   Winners will be notified via e-mail to the e-mail address submitted with the winner’s entry within two (2) weeks after the drawing.
   The drawing will be conducted by Body Ecology, Inc., the judge of the Contest, whose decisions on all matters relating to the Contest shall be final and binding.
   In the event that a winner is disqualified for any reason, Body Ecology, Inc. may, in its sole discretion, award the applicable prize to an alternate
   winner selected at random.
   Any return of prize notification e-mail as undeliverable will result in forfeiture of any prize and an alternate winner may, at Body Ecology, Inc.’s
   discretion, be randomly selected.
   Failure of the winner to respond and claim the prize within two (2) weeks of Body Ecology, Inc. sending the prize notification e-mail will result in
   forfeiture of any prize and an alternate winner may, at Body Ecology, Inc.’s discretion, be randomly selected.

6. PRIZES:
   • WEEK 1 (Approximate Retail Value of $59.95)
     One (1) winner will receive access to The Metaphysical Arts Online Intensive (6-Lesson Course). This prize includes mp3 downloads of all six lessons. Each lesson will be uploaded into the winner’s account within a few days of its live air date and then be available for download anytime within seven days.
   • WEEK 2 (Approximate Retail Value of $550)
     Two (2) winners will receive one (1) pair of full conference passes to the I Can Do It! Conference in Pasadena, CA, Oct 14-16, 2011.
   • WEEK 3 (Approximate Retail Value of $116.80)
     Twenty-five (25) winners will receive 1 Body Ecology Basic Core Program. Includes InnergyBiotic (500ml), Vitality SuperGreen, Assist SI, Stevia Liquid Concentrate.
   • WEEK 4 (Approximate Retail Value of $199)
     Three (3) winners will receive a free consultation with one of our Certified Body Ecologists. All consultations are handled over the phone, and typically take about 1.5 hours.
   • WEEK 5 (Approximate Retail Value of $10)
     Five (5) winners will receive an audio download of Donna Gates’ online seminar Eating for Spiritual Elevation: The Healing Power of the Body Ecology Diet with Donna Gates (Lesson 6 of The Metaphysical Arts Online Intensive).
   • WEEK 6 (Approximate Retail Value of $499)
     Two (2) winners will receive a free consultation with Donna Gates. All consultations are handled over the phone, and typically take about 1.5 hours.

   Prizes will not be replaced if lost or stolen, are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash.
   Requests for prize substitutions are not allowed, although Body Ecology, Inc. reserves the right to substitute
   any prize based upon availability of supply.
   Cash equivalent will not be awarded for any prize.
   Any applicable federal, state, and/or local taxes are the responsibility of the winner.

7. GENERAL RULES:
   By entering or participating in the Contest, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and by the decisions of
   Body Ecology, Inc., which are final and binding in all respects.
   Body Ecology, Inc. and Donna Gates are not responsible for and shall not be liable for:
   (i) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of
   any kind; (ii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; (iii) any condition caused by events beyond the control
   of Body Ecology, Inc. that may cause the drawing to be disrupted or corrupted; (iv) any injuries, losses, or damages of
   any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the Grand Prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the Grand Prize, or from
   participation in the drawing; or (v) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the drawing. Body Ecology, Inc.
   reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel the drawing at any time if a computer virus, bug tampering,
   unauthorized intervention, or other technical problem of any sort corrupts the administration, security, or
   proper play of the drawing. Body Ecology, Inc. also reserves the right to disqualify, in its sole discretion, any person tampering with
   the entry process or the operation of the Website, or who is otherwise in violation of the rules. By participating in the drawing,
   each participant agrees to release and hold Body Ecology, Inc. and Donna Gates harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights,
   claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the drawing or resulting from acceptance, possession, or
   use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights,
   defamation, or invasion of privacy.
8. PARTICIPANT OBLIGATIONS:
   By participating in the Contest, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Body Ecology, Inc.
   By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to release and hold Body Ecology, Inc. and Donna Gates, Partner(s) and their agents and affiliates harmless from
   and against any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, actions, and liabilities of any kind in connection with the Contest or
   receipt or redemption of the prize.
   The winner assumes all liability for any injury, death, or damage caused, or allegedly caused, by participating in the Contest or
   use or redemption of the prize.
9. PERSONAL INFORMATION:
   When you enter the Contest, you agree to receive e-mails from Body Ecology, Inc. and Donna Gates that contain information about the Contest.
   When you enter and submit the online entry form, you may also be asked to opt-in to receive promotional e-mails from Body Ecology, Inc. and Donna Gates.
   You can opt-out of receiving offers from Body Ecology, Inc. or Donna Gates at any time and opting-in does not impact your chances of winning.
   The personal information collected through the Contest is subject to Body Ecology, Inc.’s Privacy Policy. By entering the Contest, you agree to the use of your personal information as described in the above Privacy Policy.
