To get the best taste and most beneficial results, if you’re on stage 1 of The Body Ecology Diet, mix with 8-10 ounces of water. It’s even more delicious made with crushed ice in a blender.
If you’re on stage 2, make your own dairy-free treat. Mix with unsweetened pea milk, unsweetened coconut milk, unsweetened macadamia milk or gluten-free, unsweetened oat milk.
