DOSAGE TIPS:

STORAGE

    It worked

    My daughter has been taking this for 3 weeks now. She was reluctant to try something else that was just gonna make her feel worse but this was different. She is eating again!! She can stand up straight instead of being hunched over from the constant stomach pain. The doctors treated her from acid reflux to gluten intolerance and none of it helped. Finally we have something that is helping and it is great.

    Histamine reducing probiotic powder very helpful.

    When I am without this probiotic, I definitely experienced histamine from certain foods so this is a very great product

    Works well

    I know technically this is not meant for a yogurt but I made a yogurt type product from it to up the amount of bacteria I'm getting. My understanding is that bifido bacteria grow slowly and are better as direct set yogurts not remade continuously from the prior batch. When I don't have time I just dissolve it in my evening tea before bed. Keeps everything moving.

    I know these good bacteria are great for my gut so will keep using them. I noticed this past yr I haven't gotten sick when everyone else did. They are working to keep me healthy.
