It’s your makeover! This 10-day Gut-Smart, Gene-Smart Makeover has 2 parts. First up, we tackle the gut. You'll be eating very cleanly and incorporating some of the most powerful probiotics in the world into your diet. In general, you'll be drinking 2 specially-formulated Body Ecology probiotic shakes daily and one Body Ecology meal from our cookbook, which we've provided. Every third day, you'll be eating three Body Ecology meals and won't be having the shakes. You'll also be taking cultured vegetables with each meal, as well as Digestive MultiCare.
