    Hi I was wondering what to do if I'm starting the BED diet and I have systemic candida (I know) and possibly leaky gut as well. Do I eat as outlined in the book? Or do I start off with soups and broths as you suggested for leaky gut?

    The article you linked to in your comment did not specify what kind of grains he was referring to. The Body Ecology Diet does not allow the average grains one sees in processed foods. Millet, amaranth, and quinoa are not normally seen in every day products and recipes. He may not have eaten these grains. They are gluten free and do not cause the problems he's talking about.
    Body Ecology kefir culture must be purchased from the website and will last about a month if you make it every day. Each packet can be used to make seven batches of kefir.
    Kefir grains will last forever, you use them over and over to culture your milk. You must obtain them from a friend or locally. Search Craigslist-- that is where I sell mine.

    Hi there, I do like your site and I´m glad I signed with it... ;D
    However, some times I wounder... what should I eat as from early morning up to evening before going to sleep, that wouldn´t affect my health... ??

    There are so many things that are bad for us... so many advises, tips, diets, suggestions... hummmm...Well maybe I´m taking to many supplement pills to compensate...??
    I´m a health "fanatic" but, enough is enough!!! Been a sporty person with healthy habits in a good living environment isn´t good, when I´m concern constantly about what or what not to eat !! I spend thousands of €s in health shops in every country I travel to !!?? I read and follow experts in well-being issues... cook and eat healthy foods ( I think )... no smoke, no drugs, 7 hours sleep... ?? !!
    I follow a diet that suits me. I´m 64 and very healthy, apart from my hyper thyroid... :(( I feel good and fit but, I can do better... HOW ?? Please help... ;D THANK SO MUCH
