This quick, delicious, healthy recipe using Body Ecology's all-natural no-calorie Lakanto sweetener is ideal for holiday meals and more!
2 cups water
½ tsp sea salt
1 cup quinoa or white basmati rice
1 - 14 oz. can organic coconut milk
2 raw egg yolks only, beaten
3 Tbsp + 1 tsp Body Ecology Lakanto Natural Sweetener
1 tsp cinnamon
½ cup Goji berries, soaked (optional)
½ cup shredded coconut (optional)
1 cup raw cream
1 - 2 Tbsp Lakanto
Combine cream and Lakanto. (Taste cream/ Lakanto mixture to determine level of sweetness) Using electric mixer or hand help blender whip at highest speed until stiff peaks form (approximately 3 minutes) .
