The Body Ecology Cleanse Kit Includes:
Vitality SuperGreens: With 200:1 Aloe Extract, fiber, beneficial microflora, and easily digestible and bio-available nutrients, this blend is fantastic as a cornerstone of the cleanse. Glutamine, in a peptide-bonded form called Glutimmune, is one of the principle elements and is the preferred fuel source for the small intestine. It has been shown to support the regeneration and repair of the intestinal lining.
Research has also found that glutamine increases the number of cells in the small intestine, the number of villi on those cells, and the height of the villi. Therefore, it can help to heal permeability and reduce inflammation of the intestinal lining that has been linked with food sensitivity.
Supplementing Vitality SuperGreens while restricting the diet or during a gentle cleanse is especially effective. This is because any foods that may cause irritation have been removed. The Body Ecology Cleanse Kit is a great way to start a whole new way of eating. I have been researching nutrition for over a decade now and have made many adjustments over the years. The cleanse kit has helped me get acclomated to eating more fermented foods as well as adding more minerals to my diet. I have MS and am working at reversing it ALL NATURALLY. I just completed the detox cleanse and am amazed how wonderful I feel, noticeably happier and a 'well being'. Very clean, calm, and peaceful. I like the kit..not so crazy about the stevia - tastes like another artifical sweetner to me. However, all the other products are great - especially the livamend and the enzyme...I WILL NOT BE WITHOUT THESE TWO PRODUCTS!...the super green is a great drink...but just not very portable on the go since it has to be refrigerated. But i recommend this kit for those just starting to understand Donna's program and how to get their body ecology back in balance.

I used the products on my son who has had very severe skin rashes covering his entire body. As soon as I started using them the rashes slowly cleared up. The rashes are not completely clear yet but I wasn't able to get him to drink the cocobiotic or drink the green drink mix plus it's incredibly hard to get a 6 year old to stick to a perfect diet for his health but we're striving to get there as his health is the most important thing. Instead of the rash covering his whole body it is now only in small patches on a few spots on his legs.

Digestive enzymes are really good. My husband is allergic to garlic. He took a couple of the Assist SI and did not have the same reaction he usually does.
I do think a chart would be helpful or some kind of schedule to follow.

This was the best cleanse I've ever done. This is way more healthy than the lemon juice cleanse. I definitely went through cravings and feeling lightheaded and weak. But I made it through and completely handled my carb cravings. I got so many compliments on how nice my skin looked and how healthy I looked. And I lost 10-15 lbs. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. The cleanse kit is a great value and I really felt like the products supported my body through the cleansing process. And I love the fact that I've completely converted to Stevia in the process.
