I thought the Vitality Super Green Capsules would be more convenient than the powder. I think I prefer the powder. You have to take 12 capsules for 1 scoop of powder. When traveling the capsules are great. I love this product for my everyday vitality.

I do enjoy the drink but sometimes get going so fast in the morning I thought the capsules might be a substitute. However, I did not research it enough to know that it takes 12 capsules to equal two scoops of the powder mix :(
Perhaps it is "in addition to" the drink and substitute later in the day with the capsule.
