Do you have any recipes or tips for making my cultured vegetables?

The instructions that come with our Culture Starter contain detailed instructions including two beginner's recipes. It is also fine to create your own recipes using any combination of vegetables you choose. You can also find additional recipes and information in The Body Ecology Living Cookbook.
