Since this chocolate was a healthy treat I didn't expect it to taste so good. It was so good that I lost control and ate about five bars withing two or three days. I've just stared the Body Ecology Diet recently. Therefore, I'm guessing that my sweet cravings will decrease as the candida is addressed with diet and Body Ecology products. Otherwise, I may have to hide the chocolate somewhere or have someone keep it at their house to give me a bar every other day.
