My wife and I have been transitioning our kids diet towards the Body Ecology diet using the Lakanto cookbook and they love it! Thanks Donna

For some reason I thought this would be a cookbook for the Body Ecology Diet. It seems to be a cookbook for the sweetener lakanto. I'll have to get some of that and try it.

after making the cookies 3 times
with a 2 different choice of butter and vegan shortening, the outcome was still much less than desirable
they were dry , crumbly, difficult to hold or spread onto each other while baking
Nevertheless,i will try the zuchinni break with hope in my heart.

I'm always looking for more BED recipes to try. These are more transitional, but there are some interesting and tasty ideas here. Worth purchasing.
Cooking with Lakanto11/11/11

Great recipes for cooking with Lakanto. Upsets my stomach if I use too much so sticking with recipes with smaller amounts, but can't tell the difference between sugar made and lakanto made products. Worth the cost.

Satisfies any sugar crave guaranteed. Lakanto is much closer to tasting and baking like sugar.

I was surprised when I received this cookbook that it had recipes for salad dressings and marinades and other things other than desserts. It's a good start for using the product.
Definitely has good recipes! 8/5/11

Great, easy recipes. Not strictly BED, but with modifications are still very tasty and allowed on the diet.

Easy to make recipes. Most are not strict BED but good for guests, transitional diets or special occasions.
