We have used the starter since last August. For many years I have been treated for Rosacea with doxycyclline. After a few months of eating the cultured vegetables daily, my rosacea is nearly gone. My wife has been treated for acid reflux for years and has also seen positive results from eating cultured vegetables. We like not having to use salt.
