- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. raw, organic apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. dried tarragon
- 1/4 cup organic, unrefined oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 bunch watercress, finely chopped
- Mix together the lemon juice, vinegar, tarragon, oil, salt and pepper until well blended.
- Then stir in the finely chopped watercress.
