Mint-Garlic Dressing Recipe

Good with quinoa tabouli.


  • 1/4 - 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice, to taste (start with less)
  • 1/2 cup organic, unrefined oil
  • 1 - 2 cloves garlic, minced (or to taste)
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh mint leaves, minced
  1. Add lemon juice, mint, and garlic in a blender.
  2. Slowly add oil to emulsify.
