Make a Super Nutritious Salad Dressing: Right away we noticed that fermented Liquid Spirulina has a very sour taste... much like sucking on a sour lemon. So we tried it in a salad dressing and loved it. It certainly makes a salad more nutritious.
Whip together:
- 4 Tbsp of any B.E.D approved raw organic oil
- 2 Tbsp fermented spirulina
- 1 Tsp of dulse flakes
- 1 teaspoon of Celtic Sea Salt
- a few pinches of garlic powder and cayenne
Basically use it like you would lemon juice or vinegar.
