- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. raw, organic apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 cup melted butter (1 stick)
- Sea salt to taste 1/2 - 1 tsp.
- In a blender, combine all ingredients except butter.
- In a small pot, melt butter.
- Add melted butter very gradually to blended mixture and serve.
