The price might seem high at first, but if you measure carefully, it lasts longer than you think. I haven't been using the product for very long, but I know two things: first, it does taste like soda, even if you add it to reverse osmosis water instead of sparkling water; and second, something is having a beneficial effect on my pH. So far I've only done this beverage and the cultured veggies, so it has to be one of those two parts of the BE diet.

Through the years my small intestine would get a blockage and I'd have to de-tox. I found out about Body Ecology and have really done no more then try the COco Biotic and the assist SI and I am amazed at how much better I feel in just 3 weeks!

I am thrilled with how this has helped me to feel. I have less bloating and indigestion with this probiotic drink. I have also noticed that it has helped me to fight off colds as well.

Although I like the taste of my homemade coconut kefir better, this is a great product. I can really feel it helping to digest my food, when I take it after meals. I also think that it helps to reduce the negative effects of eating sugary foods.

This is my favorite of all the probiotic drinks on this site. It has a nicer flavor. They all work really well for helping digestive issues, sugar cravings, and improving overall health. I'm about to place my 2nd order!
