    When you arrive make a trip to the grocery store so that not every meal has to be eaten out. Make sure to check with the hotel before you leave to see if the rooms have a mini fridge or kitchenette.

    Is it possible to freeze probiotic liquids like CocoBiotic? I was thinking this would help keeping it cool whilst travelling (or I could freeze and vacuum-seal in individual portions) but I think I read somewhere that freezing kills off the beneficial bacteria - is this true?
