    I absolutely love this diet and life style as it resonates with me on so many levels.

    I do have some questions for Donna. I have come across a man named Jack Bezian founder of Bezian Bakery. He has farmers markets in southern CA only. Hollywood, pasadena and santa monica markets

    I wanted to know if you have done research on him and if you watched his interview about his particular sourdough bread..

    would you recommend this on the BED diet??? even on stage 1 ??? Please if you have not heard of him i would encourage you to look him up online and research.

    This resonated with me personally and i have been only recently started the diet and I am not affected by his bread at all!!! along with other celiac and gluten intolerant people alike apparently from reading reviews on yelp.com, they dont seem to be affected by jack bezians bread at all either.


    Please let me know what you think. This could be new found discovery for the BED diet!!!
