  • michael saurkraut is actually delicious, cultured pickles are delicious as well with herbs, you can make veggies taste good it's just about experimenting, another good idea is making your own cream of broccoli or cauliflower soup, delicious and you get the sulfur benefits. Sulfur is heat resistant.

  • I work with many woman with fibromyalgia. The BED is a huge help! I'm curious about raw cruciferous veggies suppressing the thyroid. When cultured do they no longer have this effect?

  • What does one do that has awful taste buds? I have always hated the taste of most vegtables even though I try every few years to see if my taste buds have changed...and they have not. Most people would describe folks like me as a "meat and potatoes" type individual. I eat much more than that, but whenever I hear that I should eat this or that vegetables...I cringe. Am I never to be fully healthy because of this anomoly? Thanks for your input.
